The front page and the forums are set up.  Both need minor tweeking, but the formats are set.  Next will be the layout for the magazine section.

We are currently looking for both front page staff and forum moderators. 

Front page staff must be knowledgeable in the automotive world, and can keep the front page current by posting relevent news articles.  They also must be knowledgeable about events in their locations so that they may be posted up in an event section (when that gets launched).  

Forum Moderators must be able to maintain order in the forums.  When the forum rules and VA Conceptions TOS gets published, the moderators must make sure all users are abiding by the rules, and for those who don't, the correct corrective action is taken.  Be it a forum warning, or ban for x amount of time, or perma ban. 

Next on the agenda for the forums is to implement a classified section.

Site revenue will be gained in the following ways.  Advertisements on the main page, the magazine section, and in the forums.  We will be using Google Adsense, and will have several other spaces that will be for sale, as time goes by.  Forums will eventually have a premium membership option, which will increase user abilities, and will provide some extra features over regular members.  (The core features of this site will always be free).   Finally we will see revenue in auto parts sales, when we open up the store.  The store will have a brick and mortar counter part, and that will be the main focus of the business.  With the exception of the online store, all revenue will be applied to the website's hosting bills, and put towards bettering the services provided within.
